3CX Phone System Upgrade to V15

Product Description

Our 3CX Version upgrade service takes the hassle away from you and passes the task of upgrading your 3CX Installation onto us.

We offer two levels of service, In Office Hours or Out of Office Hours. This gives you the option to decide if you would like to do the upgrade when you are not in the office to cut down the downtime and impact of taking the phone system down to do the upgrade.

What’s Included

The service includes the upgrade of 1 3CX PBX Phone System installed on supported hardware and includes changing the auto provisioning URL on all your IP Phones, so the phones continue to work as normal.

Please Note:  In order to be eligible to upgrade to 3CX V12, you must have a valid 3CX Upgrade Insurance in place. If you don’t have any upgrade insurance, we can provide you with a quote to upgrade the software licence to support version 12 by giving us a call on 012 663 1515.

The price quoted assumes you are currently running the previous release. Version 11 for example. if you are currently running 3CX V10 or lower please contact us first for a quotation.
