Product Description

Our 3CX Installation Service is for customers who don’t know how to install and setup the 3CX Phone System. With this service, we are able to install 3CX and configure your IP Phones remotely and normally completed the same day as we receive your order.

What’s included?

  • Installation of 3CX Phone System on 1 supported PC / Server 
  • Configuration of up to 10 Supported VoIP Phones
  • Installation of 3CX Windows Soft Phone Client on up to 5 Desktop Computers (Windows 7 or 8 Only)
  • Configuration of 1 Draytek Router to allow port forwarding to 3CX
  • Setup of 1 preferred VoIP Provider
  • 7 Day - Hand-Over Support following installation -  Support Available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

If not using our SIP Trunk Services, you will need to contact your supported provider directly to arrange provision of service and or any issues resulting from using the providers services.

3CX needs to be installed on a supported pc / server and as such we have listed the requirements below.


  • Windows 8 (Dedicated to 3CX)
  • Windows 7 Professional/Ultimate/Enterprise SP1 (32-bit & 64-bit) (Dedicated to 3CX)
  • Windows 2008 R2 Foundation/Web/Standard/Enterprise/ Datacentre (64-bit)
  • Windows Server 2012 / 2012 R2

  • Windows 2000 and earlier Windows XP
  • Windows Vista Home Basic/Premium Edition

7 Days Remote Support

Installation includes 7 days FREE Remote Support following installation of your 3CX Phone System. During this Free Support period the hours of cover will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Any support requests logged outside of these hours will be dealt with on the next working day. All requests will be dealt with within 24 hours.

Please Note: The fee charged is per installation and any reinstalls may be charged at the full price unless otherwise agreed.
