3CX Pay As You Go Remote Support Quick Overview 3CX Pay As You Go Support 3CX Troubleshooting 3CX Certified Staff Product Description Product Description Pay As You Go Remote Support is available via email and phone and includes the following: Troubleshooting of external extensions and bridges via Tunnel; Help with configuration of supported phones and VoIP providers; Troubleshooting of supported gateways and interface cards in 3CX with standard templated * configuration; Analysis of SIP logs in case of interoperability issues with a supported VOIP provider, IP *Phone or Gateway Supported ITSPs / Vendors only; In the case of unsupported VoIP providers, we will determine if it is a vendor/provider problem or a 3CX issue and will direct customers to vendor/provider if it is the former, with our findings. Pay As You Go Remote Support is R125.00 + VAT per one hour session (Monday to Friday 9am to 5:00pm) and will allow us to provide you with Remote Support to assist fixing problems with the 3CX Phone System. You must inform us of all faults before we start the work, as we are not able to do any other additional work unless stated beforehand. Once all agreed work as been completed, this concludes the remote support session. Any additional work after this will require you to purchase another remote support session. (1 Hour Session Limit Applies) this is a prepay service and payment MUST be paid before we can undertake any support work.
